Subsequent to taking megadosages of pyridoxine and megadosages of vitamin C, drinking acidic drinks and/or drinking carbonated drinks long term profound fatigue can occur. Megadosages of vitamin C, drinking acidic drinks and/or drinking carbonated drinks can dysregulate RNA synthesis and DNA synthesis.. 50 mg of pyridoxine or more is a megadosage and 1000 mg of vitamin C or more is a megadosage.
Megadosages of pyridoxines upregulate pyridoxamine 5'-phosphate oxidase and pyridoxal kinase but there are countervailing steps where genetic loci closely connected to pyridoxamine 5'-phosphate oxidase and pyridoxal kinase become hypermethylated. Where megadosages of vitamin C have been taken synthesis of RNA and DNA is dysregulated and pyridoxamine 5'-phosphate oxidase and pyridoxal kinase do not reset even where pyridoxine dosages are reduced
Megadosages of vitamin C are extremely toxic and what is worse stopping megadosages of vitamin C does not correct difficulties where difficulties can even worsen. Syntheses of uridine triphosphate (UTP), cytidine triphosphate (CTP) and thymidine triphosphate (TTP) would be decreased by decreases in synthesis of uridine monophosphate (UMP). See diagram. Megadosages of vitamin C decrease synthesis of uridine monophosphate where levels of uridine monophosphate stay decreased even where vitamin C is stopped and can even further decrease.
Megadosages of vitamin C are basically a slow poison. Difficulties can increase over decades even subsequent to megadosages of vitatmin C having been stopped. Toxicities of acidic drinks and/or carbonated drinks increase over the years.
Peripheral neuropathy that has been associated to megadosages of pyridoxine is due to concomitant uses of megadosages of vitamin C. drinking acidic drinks and/or drinking carbonated drinks. Pyridoxamine 5'-phosphate oxidase and pyridoxal kinase can be very long term downregulated by megadosages of vitamin C. drinking acidic drinks and/or drinking carbonated drinks where megadosages dosages of pyridoxine have been taken where profound fatigue can result.
The treatment below does not address peripheral neuropathy where megadosages of pyridoxine and megadosages of vitamin C have been taken. Profound fatigue however can be addressed by the treatment below.
Pyridoxine is not effective for profound fatigue that results from having taken megadosages of pyridoxine and megadosages of vitamin C, drinking acidic drinks and/or drinking carbonated drinks. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate taken orally is not effective for fatigue that results from having taken megadosages of pyridoxine and megadosages of vitamin C, drinking acidic drinks and/or drinking carbonated drinks.
50 mg of pyridoxal-5-phoshate marketed by Kirkman is supplemented a sole time a day. An entire capsule of 50 milligrams of pyridoxal-5-phosphate is placed under tongues and allowed to dissolve for sublingual absorptions. Supplemental pyridoxal-5-phosphate should not ever be swallowed but around RDA dosages of pyridoxine can be supplemented where pyridoxal-5-phosphate is supplemented sublingually.
Now available pyridoxal-5-phosphate formulated as sublinguals are ineffective. Pyridoxine could be substituted for pyridoxal-5-phosphate in such sublinguals.
More than around RDA dosages of pyridoxine should not ever be supplemented. There could be difficulties that result from taking more than around RDA dosages of pyridoxine short of profound fatigue. Sublingual pyridoxal-5-phosphate very effectively increases pyridoxal-5-phosphate levels and only a sole sublingual pyridoxal-5-phosphate capsuele should ever be supplemented in a day.
To treat peripheral neuropathy where megadosages of vitamin C have been taken even years in the past, acidic drinks have been drink and/or carbonated drinks have been drukn long term calcium orotate, magnesium orotate. inositol, n-acetylglucosamine and folic acid are supplemented. See this entry in this book. See this post More than around RDA dosages of vitamin C should not ever by supplemented. Acidic drinks and/or carbonated drinks should not ever be drunk.
Peripheral neuropathy can also result from deficiencies of acetylcholine. Increasing acetylcholine levels is a treatment for peripheral neuropathy. See this post.
