Pantothenic acid, choline, biotin, acetyl-l-carnitine and L-tyrosine could increase acetylcholine levels and dopamine levels

Supplements listed below could be required where caffeine pills are taken.  Getting off supplements listed below could be very difficult even almost impossible.


100 mg caffeine pills marketed by Bulksupplements could be taken where supplements listed below are taken and a treatment for seasonal affective is adhered to. Caffeine can result in a treatment for seasonal affective disorder. A treatment of seasonal affective disorder would also have to be adhered where 100 mg caffeine pills are taken. See this post.


Caffeine taken short term increases acetylcholine neurotransmissions and dopaminergic transmissions. See this article. Taking caffeine long term can result in epigenetic changes leading to decreased levels of acetylcholine and dopamine unless supplements listed below are taken.


Peripheral neuropathy can also result from deficiencies of acetylcholine. Increasing acetylcholine levels is a treatment for peripheral neuropathy.


Acetylcholine


Coenzyme A is synthesized from pantothenate. Acetyl-coenzyme A is synthesized from coenzyme A.


Acetylcholine is synthesized from acetyl-coenzyme A and choline. The treatment below increases acetyl-coenzyme A levels and choline levels and could increase acetylcholine levels.


d-calcium pantothenate is some sort of horrific calcium-sensing receptor antagonist. Calcium in d-calcium pantothenate does not have to be at high levels to have very untoward effects. Calcium bound to small molecules can have very unfavorable effects.

 

250 milligrams of pantothenic acid marketed by Bluebonnet is supplemented three times a day away from dinners. Calcium d-pantothenate is emptied in to a container of water, stirred to break bonds between calcium and d-pantothenate and drunk immediately.


Taking dosages of more 250 milligrams of pantothenic acid from Bluebonnet is not better and more than three dosages a day is not better. Pantothenate kinase which is the rate limiting enzyme in synthesis of coenzyme A is inhibited by coenzyme A. Taking more than 250 milligrams of pantothenic acid a dosage and/or taking more than three dosages a day results in decreases in synthesis of coenzyme A.


250 milligrams of pantothenic acid dosages are taken around 6 hours away from each other. There is a huge drop off in effectiveness where pantothenic acid dosages closely overlap each other. A pantothenic acid dosage is taken at bedtimes to assist separations of dosages


Metabolism of pantethine results in production of cysteamine. High levels of cystuamine which reduces disulfide bonds could be why pantethine is ineffective.


750-1500 mg of acetyl-L-carnitine marketed by Bulksupplements is supplemented three times a day where dinners are eaten. L-carnitine inhibits inhibition of pantothenate kinase by coenzyme A. Acetyl groups of acetyl-l-carnitine are removed subsequent to absorptions.


Unless acetyl-l-carnitine is supplemented cramps could develop. An advantage of acetyl-l-carnitine over L-carnitine is that acetyl-l-carnitine would not be an antioxidant in gastrointestinal tracts. L-carnitine can be a very effective antioxidant.


Acetyl-L-carnitine is better absorbed than L-carnitine. Acetyl-L-carnitine is not a useful supplement where pantothenic acid and choline are not also supplemented. More than 1500 mg. of acetyl-L-carnitine in a dosage is not better and more than 4500 mg of acetyl-L-carnitine supplemented in a day is not better.


Around 3000-4000 mg of choline bitartrate is supplemented three two times a day on basically empty stomachs where pantothenic acid is supplemented. Choline is better absorbed on basically empty stomachs. Pantothenic acid has to be supplemented at same times as choline bitartrate is supplemented.


Bitartrate is the conjugate base of tartaric acid. Choline bitartrate can be supplemented. Choline bitartrate has to be transferred to containers that have lids.


 Choline bitartrate marketed by Bulksupplements is supplemented. Synthesis of acetylcholine requires choline and acetyl-coenzyme A. Choline bitatrate is supplemented where pantothenic acid is supplemented.


1000 micrograms of biotin marketed by Bluebonnet is supplemented 3 times a day where dinners are eaten. Taking dosages of more than 1000 micrograms of biotin from Bluebonnet is not better and more than three dosages a day is not better. Where more than 1000 micrograms of biotin marketed by Bluebonnet is taken in a dosage there is a sharp drop off in effectiveness.


Manganese and copper blood levels have to be obtained where biotin is supplemented. Pyruvate carboxylase is a biotin and manganese dependent enzyme. Supplementing biotin could result in extraordinary demands for manganese.


Manganese, copper and iron are transported by divalent metal transporter1 1. Where there are deficiencies of manganese there could be deficiencies in copper and/or dysregulations in transport of iron.


Manganese from manganese bisglycinate marketed by Bluebonnet is supplemented where dinners are eaten where manganese levels are low. Copper from copper bisglycinate marketed by Bluebonnet is supplemented where dinners are eaten where copper levels are low. Iron from iron bisglycinate marketed by Bluebonnet is supplemented where dinners are eaten where manganese form manganese bisglycinate and copper from copper bisglycinate are supplemented.


Sodas and/or other carbonated drinks should not ever be drunk. Drinks that contain organic acids which is basically all sodas and almost all carbonated drinks should not ever be drunk. In the United States basically only tap water is safe to drink.


Nicotine products should not be used. Treatment above could be of assistances in stopping use of nicotine products.


Dopamine


Around 2 grams of L-tyrosine marketed by Bulkuspplements are supplemented three times a day where dinners are eaten. Dopamine is synthesized from L-tyrosine.



Where caffeine pills are taken a treatment for seasonal affective disorder may also be required. Caffeine can dysregulate calcium homeostases. See this post.


Alzheimers disease


Though above treatment could improve symptoms of Alzheimers disease such a treatment would not fundamentally address biological dysregulations of Alzheimers disease which are due to oxidant stresses. Systematic oxidant defenses are triggered by reactive oxygen species in gastrointestinal tracts which dietary antioxidants undermine.


To fundamentally treat Alzheimers disease dietary antioxidants have to be severely limited. Foods and/or drinks with spices, natural flavors, coffee, teas of any sort and/or plant extracts for example from supplements should not be ingested.

Anything taken long term that increases absorption of iron could result in down regulation of divalent metal transporter 1 (DMT1). DMT1 transports manganese, copper and zinc as well as iron.


Where carbonated drinks have been drunk long term, drinks with organic acids drunk long term and/or high dosages of vitamin C taken long term there can be persistent difficulties. In Alzheimers disease a treatment for depression could also be required.
